This is where participants can learn and experience how business decisions impact the bottom line. They will learn how to understand and interpret financial results and know how to adapt their management accordingly. Training a new CEO/COO can drain a business's time and resources. Our team is specialized in developing new CEOs/COOs and can remove that toll from the business. Additionally, we can serve as an experienced interim CEO/COO to allow recruitment to find the right person for the job. This service is usually offered over the course of several months, and Dr. Nel can specifically relocate in order to make it happen.

Leadership coaching is essential as it allows the leader to bounce off ideas and get honest feedback.
