To be (a leader) or not to be?

To be (a leader) or not to be – that is the question⁉️

Are you the type of leader who only leads when you are put in charge, or do you use every opportunity you get to lead, inspire and make a difference?😎

I listen to Talkradio 702 every morning on my way to work. On Friday, 17 May, Bongani Bingwa asked the listeners if they were living the good life they envisaged to live. He asked if they “have arrived”?

Several people called in or sent messages telling of the houses, cars, and success they had. They were living the good life. 🏡 🚙 💰

I immediately realized that my success was not about me being awesome but my gratitude for all the people who saw my potential and took time and effort to be the wind under my wings.

I felt compelled to give my view to the 702 listeners and sent a voicenote to the studio. Five minutes later, the studio called and asked if I could do a short interview with Bongani Bingwa.
